We are passionate about our work, and apply a meticulous, tailored approach to bring you the highest quality service and ensure we find the best person for the job.
We consider that a detailed understanding of our clients’ needs and candidates’ expectations is the key to successful recruitment, and we develop relations built on trust and closeness.
We also believe that commitment, high standards and precision — in constituting a fundamental discipline — are prerequisites to a quality service.
Our method, which we tailor to our clients’ specific contexts and sectors, is based on four fundamental phases:
1 – UNDERSTANDING THE NEED
We place great importance on understanding the issues and specifics of roles to be filled, as well as the context and environment unique to each position. We work closely with all parties involved (senior management, human resources, partners, etc.). In consultation with our clients, we define the recruitment strategy and contractual framework.
2 – HEADHUNTING
We analyse the market, identify targets and draw up a shortlist of potential candidates by approaching them directly. In accordance with our clients’ needs, we deliver regular reports on our recruitment strategies for approval.
3 – EVALUATION AND SELECTION
We evaluate candidates through in-depth face-to-face interviews and, where necessary, personality tests, to arrive at a shortlist of individuals who match our clients’ needs perfectly. We only put forward candidates we completely believe in.
At your request, we can act independently during the evaluation phase based on criteria defined by you, conducting interviews, personality tests and evaluation reports.
4 – SUPPORT RIGHT UP TO RECRUITMENT
We work with clients and candidates during the interview phase and while defining the recruitment terms, and remain available for consultation after the candidate starts work.
We are committed to the rules of ethical conduct and maintain the strictest confidentiality in all of our work.
We guarantee successful recruitment: our work only ends when all parties are satisfied.
